I am writing to share an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of African American youth in the community through the Ladies for Ethnic Advancement & Dignity Inc. (LEAD) a non-profit 501(c) organization. Since our founding in August 1989, we have been dedicated to empowering young people through educational and charitable initiatives. To date, we have awarded over $350,000 in scholarships.

Our LEAD Scholar's Program specifically targets middle and high school students in the inner-city schools throughout greater Los Angeles, providing them with the resources and support necessary to overcome the obstacles they face. Through workshops, seminars, and community service activities, we enhance both their academic and social development, helping them reach their full potential.

We are proud to award annual scholarships to LEAD Scholars upon their graduation, supporting

their transition to college or university. Additionally, we offer leadership training, mentoring, and

support for parents, fostering a comprehensive environment for growth and success.

To continue our vital work, we are reaching out to you for support in our upcoming fundraising

efforts. Your contribution will directly benefit our LEAD Scholars and help us expand our

programs to reach even more students in need. We invite you to join us on this mission by
